Lyric Opera of Los Angeles was founded in order to present lesser-known operatic works in the greater Los Angeles area. We strive to provide high-quality artistic performances at an affordable cost so that anyone can afford and enjoy opera. Additionally, we give semi-professional experience and exposure to young up-and-coming singers and give them the opportunity to work side-by-side with established artists.
We are looking for ways to make opera more accessible to a younger audience and have some exciting ideas coming to life in the next few months. Our new dynamic website will be just one of those ways of bringing the music into your life.
